INFJ Confession 1381) A large stomach, a busy mind, and a sensitive heart: on some days, this combination isn’t a problem. However, when I’m really upset about something… it can get really bad. I know being an emotional eater isn’t a good habit to take up, but I don’t even remember when or how I started. I know there are other things I could do whenever I’m feeling sad, angry, lonely, or burdened about something, but I think I love food just a little too much…

  3. misslibrelula said: Using other little rewards/comforts instead of food (I exchange candy for episodes of tv series or unexpensive etsy things or baths…) kinda brings you back to thinking about food in a rational way, & it feels better. Of course, yay food, though. :)
  4. metalmistress1349 said: I know that feeling! I’ve really broken myself of this habit, but it used to be HORRIBLE. I still catch myself turning to food a bit TOO much when I’m stressed out, but I’m glad I recognize it for what it is now, and can stop myself!
